Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment Policies for Meet and Assist Packages:
• Persons aged 15 years and above are counted as adults
• Persons aged 0 to 7 years are exempted from charges
• Persons aged 8 to 14 years are charged 50%
Our charges are inclusive of tax. Any transactional charges will be met by the client. Payments can be made either by Visa, PayPal, Mpesa, Master Card via Wire Transfer to our bank account to be provided. Payment by visa card attracts a 5% bank surcharge.
Cancellation must be notified in writing and will take effect the day it is received by Nairobi Airport Help. Full refunds after cancellations will be claimed at least 24 hours before the booked date. Please note that the amount will be less transactional charges. Also note, cancellations made within 24 hours to arrival/departure will be forfeited as arrangements into our services will have commenced.
General Booking Conditions
Passports and Visas
You are required to ensure that your passport and travel documentation is in order and that you have obtained the necessary visas for your journey. International and Domestic air bookings
Reconfirmation of flight bookings is the responsibility of the traveller. As travel arrangements may be booked to connect with international and domestic air flights it is your responsibility to keep us updated as to your flight times and numbers to allow us facilitate our services.
While not a prerequisite, we advise our clients to be adequately insured for the full duration of their travel in respect to illness, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, cancellation and curtailment. The choice of insurer is the sole discretion of the client.
Amendments to confirmed arrangements
Nairobi Airport Help offers its clients fixed packages and various transfer. The price of your travel arrangements is subject to the possibility of changes and surcharges beyond our control and may occur in connection with governmental action and currency exchange rate fluctuation.
While Nairobi Airport Help will use its best endeavors to provide all services as confirmed, reasonable changes in the itinerary may be made without notice if deemed necessary or advisable by our experienced staff.
In the case of Africa, Nairobi Airport Help acts only as a co-coordinator for all passengers with respect to services provided by underlying operators, including hotels, lodges, restaurants, road transport providers, professional guides and air charter services. All bookings with Nairobi Airport Help are therefore subject to the limitations of liability imposed by the underlying operators involved in the trip.
